At Maxwell Thaney, DDS, we want to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve. This includes ensuring that you have access to the care you need to maintain, restore or improve the health, function and appearance of your smile. That's why we will work with you on reviewing your dental insurance benefits and help you secure payment plans and financing options to achieve your smile goals. Before we begin any treatment, we will discuss with you your options and review the costs so you can make an informed decision about your care.

About Dental Insurance

At Brockport Smiles, we accept most dental insurance. Our office does not participate with Medicaid. For all other insurance, we will work with your provider by submitting your dental insurance claims on your behalf. Payments and co-payments are due at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements can been made prior to your appointment.

Please remember that each dental insurance plan utilizes different percentages, deductibles and maximums that the plan will allow. Where dental insurance is involved, we can estimate for you in advance how much your insurance may cover and your portion of the treatment. Please feel free to contact our office for a complimentary check of your benefits.

Your dental insurance is designed to help reduce the cost of your dental care. It is a wonderful benefit to have for routine maintenance and traditional one-tooth-at-a-time dental care.
